YOUR SERVICE HAS GONE DOWN HILL

I was looking for the main corporate office of Pizza Hut. Maybe you can help me. I want to know more about Pizza Hut's Harvest Home project for our church.

I live in Phx. Az. Our Pizza Hut at 19th Avenue & Indian School Rd. Phx. AZ 85015 really stinks-- Over priced Pizza & bad quality--I will never order a Pizza hut Pizza again & neither will any of my friends. They could not even follow directions or put the items on that I requested. When I have to pay $22.00 for a large pizza and it is not edible, that sucks.

ME AND MY HUSBAND WENT TO PIZZA HUT IN NASHVILLE GA. TO HAVE A NICE DINNER,WHEN WE GOT THERE WE WAS TOLD TO GO AND HAVE A SIT THAT THEY WOULD BE RIGHT WITH US,AFTER FEW MINUTES THE GIRL CAME UP AND ASK US WHAT WE WANTED TO DRINK,WE TOLD HER SWEET TEA AND SHE SAID WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO ORDER,I SAID CAN I PLEASE HAVE A FEW MINUTES TO LOOK OVER AND SEE WHAT I WOULD LIKE,THEN WE WANTED I SHOULD HAD SAID OK LET ORDER,WE GOT OUR SALAD AND SET THERE FOR 10 MIN WITHOUT SLIVER WARE,I HAD TO GET UP AND GO GET OUR SLIVER WARE,I ASKED 3 PEOPLE FOR IT AND THEN THE 4TH PERSON GIVE ME THE SLIVER WARE,OK THOUGHT THINGS WAS GOING GO,THEN SHE WENT OUT SIDE AND WAS GONE FOR 5 MINUTES AND THEN CAME BACK IN AND GIVE US OUR FOOD WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS,I ASKED FOR SOME SWEET TEA AND NEVER GOT IT TILL I GOT UP AND GOT IT MYSELF,IS THIS A SIT DOWN AND ENJOY YOUR SELF OR IS IT SERVE YOURSELF.SHE THEN WENT OUT 3 MORE TIMES AND STILL DIDNT WASH HER HANDS SO WE GOT A BOX AND PUT OUR FOOD IN IT AND TOOK IT HOME AND FEED IT TO THE DOGS.SO IF YOUR EVER PASS BY THIS PIZZA HUT PLEASE KEEP GOING OR GO ACROSS THE STREET TO McDonalds.

My husband & I went to Pizza Hut in HOldenville, Oklahoma & sat there 10 minutes with no one waiting on us. The assistant manager was there talking it up with someone she knew the whole time & saw us setting there with no drinks & the menu was blank in the middle. She had 4 people that was supposedly cooking, but 3 of them kept going into the far back playing grab ass with each other & the person who sat us was up at the front by the register scooping cheese with a ice cream scoop. There was 1 guy cooking & 1 guy waiting on everyone at the tables plus running the register. I don't know what kind of place you're allowing to go on there, but it's pathetic. The only time that anyone noticed us was when we left. Where I come from, if a place doesn't have customer service, they don't have a business. I would dare one of you to come to Holdenville (look it up) & try to get waited on there.

I don't know where on your Webb Pages I can report this. Every Sunday after church we and several other people from our church eat at the Pizza Hut on 3095 Floyd Blvd.,Sioux City, IA. I am disabled and need a parking spot in front. The manager there who is perfectly healthy parks in the spot right in front of the door. We have told them at the restaurant before about this and then she quit for awhile, but now she is doing it again. We may have to find another place to eat if this isn't taken care of. If this is not the place to report this complaint, please forward to the proper department or location. Thank you. An unhappy customer! Food is good but my rating is based on on my complaint - not the food.
